Before that magazine was discontinued, the last time there was ever any major cheat codes in that magazine was for Goldeneye 007 for Nintendo 64.

Moira was to counter Pharah’s massive damage output as well as mobility to flee from both a Sombra and Pharah. If they used Ana or Baptiste, they would have been shutdown fast.

I had to look it up but it was March 2004. They posted my deck for the Pokemon Trading Card Game featuring the expansion that was released at the time. Sadly I could not find any PDFs of it.

Yeah it was a Holo… I remember loving the Mewtwo movie one. I never got to get the other movie ones though.
