I got the Celestial Juno Skin out of a Lootbox. Now its not in my Gallery and OW says i do not own it. I got the skin 100% out of a lootbox. I even send a friend a screenshot cuz i was so happy 
all the blizzard team says that i should open a ticket at the forum… so how do i get help now?
