Im having an issue where I can’t buy any golden guns even though I have the competitive points for it. I keep getting an error message saying, “You don’t have enough to purchase this item.” I have emailed Blizzard three times to not give any solutions of value. I have tried the solutions they offered, which did nothing. They told me to write a forum about it, which other people have already done to not get any answers for the same issue. I just want a solid answer of when it’s going to be fixed.

already multiple threads about this, it’s been 3 weeks or so since it doesn’t work, so don’t worry, they are aware of it, not sure when they fix it

they are aware of it, doesnt mean they care about it
Same issue here, i was investigating and this has been an issue since May 10, they “supposedly” fixed it around the last days of May but the issue is still here for some players, i asked in support and they say something about GMs cant fix this, report it in the forums, so basically support cleans its hands and leave us with the dead forums
It is like this since the 4th Octobre, when drives was introduced
They did, yesterday, a 5gb update for the season 13 upcoming the 15th october,
but theres no patch notes at all, and golden guns bug is still there.
I really really think that they want to deploy a major bugfix with the season 13
But i dislike this move from blizzard that frustrated some players, even me, which have 6k competitive points and i’m obligated to waiting a whole new season to use them x)
