Gold Rank - Silver Reward

I achieved Gold 5 in the previous season. After checking the reward for Gold. I was elated to find out I would make enough to purchase my first golden gun.

Unfortunately, at the beginning of the season I was greeted with a silver 1 reward despite gold 5 being my previous rank.

I’m sure this is some sort of bug. But I would great appreciate if I could be award the appropriate points to finally have my first golden weapon.
