I played 3 games with this one specific player, who, with any criticism would intentionally throw games. I played against him twice, and with him once, where I have him recorded of him admitting he just throws games for the ‘lulz’.
I obviously am not going to post it on a social media website as it would be considered witchhunting on majority of platforms. Considering this player specifically lists his main account, and the fact the account he’s playing is not his own, but a friends he’s trying to boost as far as I know, would Blizzard not want this information? I did report him but with something as crazy as video evidence, along with connections to other accounts, is this information that blizzard would want? If so, how do I get it to them?
Players like this should not be eligible for competitive play, they don’t play to win, they play for reactions out of people and to hold them hostage, and the fact I had to deal with him 3 games in a row, fortunately, to my benefit, was very frustrating.

why after the first game or second you didnt put him on avoid slot out of your 3 you have
I avoided him after the first game(opposing), got him second game(opposing), then unavoided him thinking that after two games it wouldn’t match us up again. I also was recording so the other positive was more content.
ooh ok so why did you still get him then dont know why when i put someone on the list i dont see them ever.
I’m not sure how this is relevant to the conversation, the avoid feature has been out for months, if you’re unfamiliar with how it functions, well, can’t help you. I did what I could as a player, save for the last match because I though the likelihood was not worth the avoid slot, and if I was misfortune enough, I could just get him to squeal on voice.

i know how it works just dont know why you got him if you did put him on the avoid list after the first game.
If you know how the avoid system works, then you should know why I got him the next game. How many examples do you want of people immediately avoiding a player then immediately face them next game?
The whole thing is recorded, including the avoiding/unavoiding.

because i never get them again once i put them on it…it always works for me. guess your one of the few unlucky players that it happens to. but what can you do just play to the best you can and hope the other team mates pick up the guys slack.
The staff at Blizzard have deliberately removed former means of contact for issues such as this. They do not want videos sent to them. Instead they just want you to use the in-game “report a player” function to be used.
Reporting Code of Conduct Violation - Blizzard Support
They have deliberately removed the ability to contact customer support by mail for reporting players and removed the ability to provide video evidence.
So, no, Blizzard does not want this. As for ‘why’ they do not want this - I have absolutely no clue and this willful avoidance bothers me quite a bit.
