revert that nonsense nerf.
she wasn’t a tank buster for having an ultimate that could potentially one-shot tanks. and besides, the only tank she could bring from full to 0 HP was Zarya—who could have bubble, anyway, so.
as an ult that’s pretty difficult to use (possibly one of the hardest to even land) the player should be given more credit for sticking it 
it sucks to finally get a stick only for it to be N/A or not doing nearly enough damage 11/12 times.
And tracer is like, pretty bad anyway. Kind of one of the worst dps. A revert for a nerf that was pretty much unnecessary in the first place wouldn’t hurt at all.
