Dva got the Summer Skin which is one of her best ones that people been asking for plus she’s barefoot which is a plus.
I honestly knew she wasn’t getting anything. She not getting anything for Winter either unless it a new intro or pose and maybe voice line/spray.

The ghost skin was Moiras Banshee, Moira is Irish and a Banshee is a Irish ghost/specter
Funny thing is that he’s becoming my second favorite. Dva and Hammond are the main ones I enjoy now.
I mean, I love skins and would adore a new DVA one - honestly, I think every hero has their holiday… some show up for certain seasons more than other seasons and DVA doesn’t seem to be into Halloween. You could say that it is a cultural choice since she probably doesn’t celebrate it (but I doubt that is the sole reason)… but I personally just believe that the artists just have more ideas for her in other seasons (I feel like we’ll get something in Winter) rather than Halloween.
Same with Lucio - I pray and pray that I don’t get another sports skin with my frog boy (where are his DeadMau5/Cyber DJ inspired skins? Where is my next frog mascot suit!?) but Lucio will probably get another skin in summer festival or something random during the anniversary.
Also, side thought: Any skin you imagine being perfect for her, you have to imagine it being used in a highlight. Does it still look good with her jumping out of it? Does it make sense when she is taking a selfie in front of it? So far, they have avoided making her mech look like anything other than a mech (sharkDva, where) and that giant cockpit in the center of it makes it tougher for her to be a giant pumpkin vs Hammond’s design, haha
If I’m not mistaken, the ghost skin was literally called “Ghost”, so if Moira’s banshee skin was that one, then I think it’d be called “Banshee” instead of “Ghost”.

that’s a possibility, but it’s not uncommon to have placeholder names( if you find the leak you’ll even see “PH” before the names for placeholder. different characters files still have the placeholder names as well, despite being labeled something else in game
could give her an highlight intro, would be nice.
I could see D.Va getting a “top gun” or pilot style skin. either fatigues and a tanktop with aviators, or full jumpsuit like slipstream tracer, and her mech would have more hard edges and paint akin to a fighter jet. something more specifically Halloween… if you want something more in line with the “monster/spirit vibe” I’d be wager a Kumiho skin would serve well enough and be culturally relevant to her.
but at the end of the day if she picked her own costume it would be 8-Bit Hero!
