I got season banned for power outages about a week ago, it feels kinda unfair because it wasn’t my fault.

The solution is simple: If your power or connection is unstable, don’t play comp.

It’s your responsibility to maintain a stable connection, not Blizzard’s. There is nothing to fix here on Blizzard’s side.

There’s no way for Blizzard to determine the cause of a disconnect (other than manually hitting either the “leave game” or “quit to desktop” buttons in the pause menu).

play quickplay untill your net/power is stable.
