I’m so shocked that a game that lets you chat with the enemy would cause your account to get banned. If only they didn’t allow you to do that.

Nothing will happen. I get called out and false reported all the time for spamming voicelines or any other reasons. But don’t reply back or become toxic, they can use that to report you and that will get you punished. People are smoking too much grass here, smurfing is a huge problem for people from bronze to plat and it’s sadly due to human nature to want to stomp on lower skilled players for their own pitiful amusement.

FR. I play against the same team of smurfs every day. They’ve admitted it. I report them every day. Nothing ever happens.

You can smurf on QP by making an alt account. Their MMR hasn’t been Calibrated yet so they will stomp a lot of games till it catches up to their correct SR. I have a mercy smurf that’s in silver that I play with my friend. It’s still around silver/gold and they don’t climb that fast as people claim it to be. People do see i’m smurfing as i’ve been called out a lot.

You don’t get your account actioned after one match unless you say a serious no no word. You were reported multiple matches. Be honest - you crash out a lot in QP.

Yeah OW is renowned for this. Do not call out anything at all. Because if you do, the report system will be used to ban you. It’s that simple. Best thing to do, by far, is to turn chat off.

Players abuse TF out of this dogpope system, and I recommend everyone doing the exact same

Someone “overperforming”? Report for cheating; Someone play like crap? Report for deranking

Best advice is just don’t use chat, or any of the communication options in game. Way too easy for anyone to report anything. I got a silence put one me once for calling out a streamer e-girl Mercy that she wasn’t helping. She had her followers brigade report me.

usually the best course of option is; if it is a twitch streamer, to report them equally back on their channel.

Hostile actions streamed live is a breach of twitch rules. I cant tell you how many times i’ve gotten a twitch streamer banned on twitch for being hostile.

They are allowed to stream and be polite, but if they are caught live harassing someone like another player. They can have their account terminated on twitch.

I find it best to just play without chat enabled. No need to allow others to bring you down when you’re playing a game to have fun
