Getting new pc, good for ow?

This new pc is like $600 bucks and it looks nice, anyone’s thoughts?

Ryzen 5 1600 6-Core 3.2 GHz

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 TI 4GB

1TB HDD

8GB DDR4

AC WiFi

Windows 10 Home 64 Bit

It has good reviews, can Overwatch run 50-70 FPS on it?

Yeah, you can probably run 60 FPS on ultra if you want.

OW is not that intensive, and can run on older/lower spec pc’s.
It will easily get 70 fps with that system and the 1050ti

If unsure check here (I set it at max settings @ 1080p, you can change that if you need)

It will but I think its overpriced for what it is. Also get an ssd they are dirty cheap

don’t use ultra please

you should be good enough, but your graphics card is the weakest point, if you can afford to improve that to a RX470 or a RX570 without changing anything else do it, otherwise you can always upgrade in a few years when better graphics cards are out, although youd probably want to upgrade the ram before that

The PC specs you have listed easily meets Overwatch’s Recommended System requirements (and all other Blizzard games). I project this PC can run at Epic settings with minimal issues if you favor graphical quality over performance. I do recommend any PC you play Overwatch is connected by Ethernet and not necessarily WiFi to ensure no wireless network interference of course.

This PC may not be suitable for:

  • Virtual Reality hardware and/or games
  • Games featuring or requiring ray-tracing features
  • Graphic or video editing/rendering applications
  • Multitasking while gaming including game streaming on Twitch

I will look into it, thx
