Getting General Error 0xE0010160 Unplayable!

I checked your older posts, and in your DxDiag, I see you have several copies of your Razer Chroma driver installed. This device/driver has been related to other issues in the past, so I’d suggest taking a look at this thread and also manually hunting down all the dll files associated with the Chroma.

Once you’ve done that, make sure no Antivirus programs are blocking the game’s access to your GPU. You can try temporarily disabling them and launching Overwatch to see if they are the issue.

Finally, if you still need more help, please include a new DxDiag so we can verify the Chroma stuff has been removed, and look for other issues. I am tracking this thread.
