Unfortunately I don’t think they care, they just want to blow off steam and look “strong” to both teams by berating one person. I always go for instructive callouts even if I’m frustrated and I find that’s A LOT more helpful in fixing the problem. Whereas if someone screams vague things at me I’m happy to either keep doing what I want or throw. It’s a game.
