Genji - why does he only have 2 arms?

So, title says it all. Why didn’t he upgrade to 4 arms and 2 legs or Aon Flux style? Not gameplay advantage or anything serious, just aesthetics.

Four arms might make sense if he was a slow brawler. Since he’s a powerhouse assassin that can also run circles around most of the cast, having more arms yields next to no benefit.
