that nerf if they barely touched him, they didn’t even take out that passive that dash him for free every time a COMPANION kills an enemy, exactly you don’t even have to be you, it is the most broken thing that exists and I don’t understand how they don’t take it out, or that stupidity that the reflect protects him from projectiles and melee hits.
That’s where I would’ve started. And prior to the ammo buff.
But the spread buff did improve him, even if it was a little.
For his mobility and lethality, he was waaay too oppressive when focusing supports. Which was the biggest issue specifically on koth/push and sometimes payload.
I hope the nerf is a bandaid until they can dial in exactly how they want supports performing in this faster 5v5 environment.

Doubt we’ll see many Nanoblades going forward anyway, at least below Masters. Not seeing near as many Ana players as before. She’s way too easy to dive and isolate in OW2.

Um, whether or not his primary fire damage got nerfed we always will see nanoblade. Infact we will see it less now because he isn’t going to be played in every game. 
Dps passive nerf not this.

If Genji had to get nerfs, lets punish every DPS and nerf their passive just because if Genji can’t be good no one can 
And what if they don’t change the passive, what then?
that’s what they should have done though, to be fair. That’s the problem and was the exact issue in the beta before they changed it back before… adding it again.
couldn’t they have modified the passive for just him and saw how it went, then tried nerfs after if it did nothing?
Those defensive options don’t mean anything when the hero doesn’t deal damage outside of an ultimate that will now take significantly longer to charge
How is Genji going to nano blade even more if using genji main logic he is now doing no damage and by extension building ult slower?
This is just more incoherent blabber from genji mains who can’t play the character unless he’s S+ tier. Tracer got a 17% nerf to damage, Echo got giga nerfs to Ult, primary ammo and laser and people are still playing these characters without whining.
Be glad none of your character’s crutches got nerfed.
Still have 5 passives, still can deflect stuff that’s not even on your screen, still have a ginormous hitbox on blade.
Just nerf genji’s passive that’s it.
Ignore him, he’s throwing out the nanoblade bot argument whereever he can even though it is the dumbest thing I have ever read. Whether they touched his primary fire damage or not, his nanoblade would be the exact same lmao.
That’s not gonna fix the issue, he still benefits from the passive whether it’s nerfed or not. It’s not like a nerf completely removes the passive.
Just remove it that’s it. We don’t need to gut him.
Why would I be the victim of nano blade more now? It’s just as strong as before, while his base kit is weaker. If anything I’ll see less genji being played, so I’ll see less nano blades.
