B) Genji never had reliable counters. Mei/Sym repeating, can’t keep with Genji mobility. Winston never prevent genji was used. Moira pared with winston or brig, force genji to swap character. Genji need two counters in order of make him swap, cuz one is not enough
C) The claims i did about S76 any M,GM and top500 player, can tell you how easy is the match up for Genji/tracer kill a s76 and i repeat the last 12 months these heros were the most used DPS in the game
