The denial is strong within you. You mention several times âthis shows how powerful the ult isâ as if its illogical or unfair / unbalanced to counter an ultimate with another ultimate.
In this case, even using a graviton just to stop a nanoblade, is in favor of the Zaryaâs team , since she effectively shut down 2 enemy ults with just one grav.

Genji is an ult bot. DB, with or without nano, is one of best DPS ults in the game. You canât reasonably buff him without taking away from ult.

Who : Me as Ana (with silver damage medal with a ridiculously low amout of it) 5 others awful and selfish players that canât aim (no tanks, only sombra, widowmaker, Hanzo, McCree and Genji) + An ennemi team all gathered on the point.
Me, fed up with those jerks that donât even bother to group up,pressing Y to use the ultimate carelessly at this point, I just wanted to the game to end and since the others didnât even tried to play seriously and letting the ennemy killing me while being next to them every time. It landed on Genji, followed by my healing grenade. Yeah, I said I used it carelessly. I didnât even knew on whom it would land neither that he had his ult ready and I didnât even care at this point. The game was so painful. Just wanted it to end. But he activate it and being gathered at the same point, well⌠letâs just say that this moment was play of the game and Athena informed us of the team wipe with her really calm voice.
What I didnât realised at the moment is that by my actions, my suffering was just not over yet because the game didnât ended. They took the point back easily, well, because I was the only one trying to defend it and 6 vs 1 support never ends well for the support with allies that donât give a hoot.
So yeah, nano blade is a very and too dangerous combo. Even in the hands of an awful genji.

His mobility is far too generous, he shouldnât receive dmg buffs. Buffing blade is a bad idea as well.
Increasing his shuriken clip a little bit or increase their speed are reasonable ideas IMO.

Just right other flanker + main healer combos, right? Moira + Tracer ults, for example. Or Mercy + Doomfist. Or Baptiste + Reaper. Team-wiping effects.
Both Ana and Genji kits are bloated. Ana is the offender here, she is highly overtuned. Outside of nano, Dragonblade is strong but manageable.
Thatâs untrue, though. Iâve seen awful Genjis get nano with their blade and they canât do anything. Nano-blade is not even close to being an easy team wipe. High damage? Of course. It still has counter play.

I main Genji and he doesnât need any buff iâve said many times. Only thing iâd give him if that was the case would be 25 or 30 bleeding damage.
actually the genjiâs gameplay is to farm safely ult with the enemy rein from a distance that nobody can kill him (anyway he can get out due to his massive movility) then blading the whole team, doesnt matter if nanoed or not, nano just make it more simple and able to full team kill. is not that easy to shatter/grav stun a thin ninja that go that fast. he is just an hero not for every one to be played, he needs being accurate with the camera turns and some sense on what is happening so he can avoid all of those things u said counters him. he also have many animations cancel that let him put more dmg than he is supossed to be, so i dont really see any buff he needs

I get what you mean, but there is a saying : âa weapon is even more dangerous with someone that donât know how to use it.â I kind of sugar coded it for the forum.
I had my cute spray with the teamwipe I explained he done with my nano.
And because he was so awful for all the rest of the game, they were surprised and overestimated what he could have done and my surprise grenade with anti healing them helped. Pure an raw skill is not usually the best way to do things even in this game.
But I really understand what youâre saying. I would have prefered having a good team instead of those guys. Because even if I loose a game, what matters to me is having a great game where everybody is battling for each inch of progression. It wasnât because orhers didnât even tried to have a good comp.
Litteraly every tank has some way to stop a blade.
