Genji buffs on other heroes

Ana: No longer has a DoT on rifle. Sleep dart cool down reduced to 8 seconds.

Ashe: Dynamite no longer has a fuse and can be detonated whenever.

Baptiste: Shorter cast time for IF, Exo boots can now be activated by simply jumping, recoil reduced on gun.

Bastion: Much faster animation swap for sentry, gains a speed increase during configuration tank, can now get critical kills in sentry.

Brig: Repair packs can be used on herself, can whip shot in shield form, stun damage increased back to pre nerfs.

Dva: Now has no movement penalty for shooting, boosters have a 4 second cool down, DM no longer has a cooldown

Doomfist: Seismic slam and uppercut now have 4 second cool downs, uppercut nerf reverted, Now whenever Doomfist gets a kill with a particular ability he regains the ability back.

Echo: Sticky bombs have a faster projectile speed, flight cooldown reduced to 3 seconds, duplication now grants a speed increase.

Genji: no more for you

Hanzo: leap cooldown reduced to 3 seconds, storm arrow can now be cancelled

Junkrat: Trap goes on cool down after placing, quicker cooldown on mines, grenades now have larger explosion radius, RIP tire can now be cancelled

Lucio: Sound barrier has a quicker activation time, gun has more ammo, wall riding gives lucio small health regeneration

McCree: Now has no fall off range for gun, flashbang nerf reverted, roll has 3 activations

Mei: Ammo back to 200, wall cool down reduced, ice block heals Mei more, Blizzard grants more slow

Mercy: 60 HPS, Rez is now 25 seconds and can be cancelled, Valkyrie grants ultimate charge immediately after using.

Moira: Self regeneration through fade, Orbs now boomerang instead of flying away

Orissa: Shield has more health and a lower cooldown, halt has a larger radius, fortify now has speed increase

Pharah: Has 100 shield health replaced with normal health, can now slam on the ground instantly instead of falling slowly

Reaper: Life steal increased, speed boost in wraith, less ammo more damage

Rein: Speed boost in shield form, earthshatter nerf reverted, charge now kills whoever pinned regardless of health, has more armor instead of basic health

Roadhog: Chain hook cool down reduced, Take a breather heals for max heath instead of 300, whole hog has a speed increase, whole hog can now be cancelled.

Sigma: gains shield during kinetic grasp rather than after, experimental shield now has no cooldown, Accretion now has a bigger boop, speed in gravitic flux increased

Soldier: Can sprint and fire, rockets have larger splash, healing station can be equipped by soldier and is moveable

Sombra: Hack is no longer interruptible, stealth speed increased, Sombra can now hack in stealth mode.

Sym: Beam range increased, beam takes less time to charge, teleported grants speed boost and cleanse when using, teleporter now expires after a few seconds. Turrets reverted back to 6

Torb: Overload effects turret, overload reloads gun when activated, turret repairs itself overtime

Tracer: Can now blink vertically, recalling refreshes all blinks

Widow: Charge time reverted

Winston: 3 second leap, bubble cool down lowered, primal rage ultimate cost reduced, more armor

Wrecking ball: Piledrive nerf reverted, more ammo, adaptive shields rewards more shields and heals for health missing

Zarya: 1-3-2 changes

Zen: Orbs travel through barriers, now has self regen instead of shield health

Still doesn’t equate to how much Genji was buffed, he received 4 hard buffs, many of these are just 2-3.

That’s because most heroes don’t have 4 things to buff lol
