You want unbiased feedback from someone who doesn’t have a lot of time on Genji? I’m a Bastion main. Genji does not need nerfs (maybe other than a power redistribution with his Ultimate to his base kit). There you go.
I dont understand your argument. There is no other hero in this game which gets his ability restored after killing someone which is fair, why should he get special treatment? many people abuse his generous kit and act like Gods in ow nowadays…
I would agree to making his Deflect shorter in time, but only to make it more skill based and allowing him to use it more often.

Just increase his ult damage and make it unboostable.
So he would be stronger on his own while not making him even stronger with Nano boost.
