If you watch the video he did a small flick BEFORE a target was visible.

O man the cheating now in Season 2 is just crazy, every 1 in 5 games there is a cheater on a fresh $2 Sim Card account.
Like as if people are just turning to cheats because of how bad the match making system is.

You are so not wrong. me and my mate were in a match the other day, This guy was crazy 1 shotting on a hanzo. Like serisly never missed shots, multishotted 3 headshots in row. So i called the guy out in chat and reported for using kronos. Funny thing was straight after this he could not hit a single person or kill anyone. Everyone in the chat blew up and went on to say how the guy had been caught out and turned it off. I wish i had the code for this match it was just hillarious.
Yeah same here, I called out a widow insta shotting and as soon as I said that they switched to Junkrat.
Again was a fresh account.
I now know why they removed the ability to see people’s rank. So if they are a cheater you cant tell if they are a fresh account or not, only can tell by the endorsement level.
