well its possible. transcendence can be hard for some to achieve. not all are like me. (ability used to take me 5 minutes to charge then it was a matter of when to use it, so I ended up never using it)

Zenyatta’s ultimate is pretty passive. Maybe it can be used from time to time to deny a couple of deaths. Most of Zen’s power is in his primary kit rather than his ultimate. This has sort of been the case since ult charge increases have gone up so much since OWC days.

Less value on ults; more value on base kit.

then why is everyone complaining when a new hero pops out with a powerful kit?

I figured they were balancing errors when trying to make something unique
