Game unplayable in full screen

I am running a laptop with RTX2060, 8gb Ram and I5-10300H.

I can run the game in borderless window on ultra and hit 60FPS but the moment i try to play on fullscreen, i drop to 10fps even on low settings.

Solutions i have tried,
1)Changing power management settings to max performance
2)Updating gpu and bios drivers
3)making my RTX the primary GPU for all applications
4)closing all background apps etc
5)Reinstalling

I am at my wits end and any assistance would be appreciated.

We’re going to be guessing without the diagnostic test needed for troubleshooting. Make sure you include that as mentioned in the stickies.

It could be interference from any of these apps reporting errors:

Problem signature:
P1: Discord.exe

Problem signature:
P1: Teams.exe

Problem signature:
P1: Spotify.exe

Problem signature:
P1: NortonSecurity.exe

Make sure to close their background processes.

Thanks for the help, but i have tried that to no avail. Any other suggestions?

Probably need to open a ticket. They might be able to track down the app causing the issue. Keep in mind this is not something the Overwatch client does on its own, and it’s definitely a third-party app interfering with it being able to display on the screen.
