This started happening a few days ago. Does anyone know what can be causing this problem?

did you install any programs? i just uninstalled tunnel bear and it fixed my issue of the game not loading up fast, really weird some programs just interfere with overwatch
Please try running a scan and repair as well.
This is a known issue. A few work arounds include, launching then disconnecting the network and reconnecting helps with the launching or using hotspot/tethering or VPN like tunnelbear.
