This is usually related to the remnants of the Razer software. But can also be related to your Ryzen CPU. Can you add a DxDiag? Otherwise we’re just guessing

- Press Windows Key + R, then type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.
