Game keeps Crashing upon startup

  1. Game has been working fine for more than a year
  2. Installed Nvidia/OW patch a week ago.
  3. Game starts crashing upon startup
  4. None of the troubleshooting steps work (e.g. uninstalling Razer Chromia)

I can’t post the dxDiag text in the post because it exceeds the word limit. I also cannot attach the file or paste a dropbox link to those files.

How do I share the DxDiag document with you?

I tried creating several support tickets as well, but I don’t see any of them when I click on ‘my tickets’. What are my options?

Either on of these might be causing the issue.
