For some reason the UI is constantly flashing/activating like it’s being clicked. This results in the inability to press any buttons, start a game or leave a game.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Check the mouse polling/refresh rate.

I’ve not seen that exact problem consistently. But did have something similar happen once or twice (months ago) when dragging the mouse from one monitor to the next while running in borderless windowed display mode. Maybe a different display mode might work for you?

Tried both those suggestions with no effect. I’m going to uninstall and reinstall. This coincided with the patch update and no other game behaves this way.
