Like the title says: I can load the game, I can choose a game mode to play. When it tries to load in I get as far as the map loading screen. I can hear the BRT BRT BRT of the inactivity alarm as it counts down. Sometimes I can even chat in the text box and see teammates respond.
But it won’t load. I get kicked for inactivity. I’m not even trying to play competitive because that’d punish me (and teammates). I’ve done a scan/repair of the game, I’ve flushed DNS and everything through ipconfig in the console. My internet connection is rock solid, so it’s not on my end.
I posted about this in the last forums and never got a reply (except a few other players saying they have the same problem). Maybe I will this time?

i know this isn’t anything of help but i’m experiencing the same exact thing but on ps4, i’ve lost over 100 sr because of it and now i can’t play with my friends for an hour and a half
Same here. I’ve tried added RAM, renamed the cache files, done a complete reinstall. Still happening.
Yeah, same issue has been happening to me off and on since early this year. Not exactly our fault if the game gets stuck at loading screen…
Bizarre part on my end is that it’s definitely not a hardware issue as my specs are much higher than required to run the game and it usually happens a few games in as well, so the textures have already loaded.
I wish they would just address this issue already instead of the usual and kick it under the rug.
Hi there,
Thi topic is a bit old and issues that some users reported then have been resolved. If you see this now, please post on a new thread with your new case and a DxDiag.
DxDiag
Please post a DxDiag:
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
- Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “code” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.
