this has happened twice now. it seems that when i die, and im looking at my poor dead body waiting for respawn, the game froze and i was forced to end process via task manager. when i relaunched i was banned for 10 min.
does anything have possible solutions to this?

I am encountering the same issue (though in QP), I am killed and in the brief time BEFORE the death cam the game hard locks and I have to force close it.
Happened twice to me thus far, Both times was death by Hanzo followed by Rein doing a Charge. Don’t know if this helps any.
UPDATE: I’m noticing the game does a MAJOR 1.5 second or slightly longer halt when an opposition team Rein does his Charge move.
Also did a scan on the game files and no issues found there.
