OMG the ā€œā€“tank_WorkerThreadCount 2 -thread 2ā€ worked i was finally able to play a game, i guess i was writing ā€œ-tank_WorkerThreadCount 2ā€ so thatā€™s why it didnā€™t work before, but Iā€™m getting some FPS drops that i was not getting without these commands so i hope blizzard fix it for real

ok i typed 2 ā€œ-ā€ before ā€œtankā€ but when i posted it only showed one ā€œ-ā€ anyway it should be - - tank_WorkerThreadCount 2 without the space

It Doensā€™t work for me.

NO LOL

man those guys are having crashes in i9 with 3060 and they have no error codes of overwatch2 in windows diagnostic section. I prefer to keep the i3 and low powered dxdiag in here thanks or my laptop thread

they do for other stuff though. honestly i dont know what to look for on dxdiags but when i run dxdiag with overwatch2 hung I always and have always got an error code in that section sometimes i have 5 entries for error codes in that section for ow2.

this method helped most people, according to the responses to the comments, I will add to it the use of the
--tank_WorkerThreadCount 4 startup command

adding a team helped people

[Update] ā†’ you can set a 75 fps limit, or set values until it freezes again
