Game freezes after the new patch

Hi, I don’t know if this belongs in bug report or technical support. After I just installed the new update, when trying to entering the game, the game freezes at the “entering game” screen. When this happens, I cannot close the game or change tabs and need to hard restart my laptop. I can play Hearthstone just fine so this must have something to do with the new patch… help please? :<

Yes, I’m getting this too. It’s happened a few times since the patch.

Same problem here. It crashed twice in about 2 hours of playing and my whole laptop was frozen so the only way out was to restart. I hope blizzard can fix it soon, my game has never frozen before.

Yesterday it freezed in game one time playing in game, and now it did it again!
(This is no good, playing ranked and so on…)
