While in the screen searching for a quick play game it keeps acting like it found a game but starts the timer over again. Then when I finally find one it throws me into matches already started every single game. It’s showing my BP rewards but the prisms aren’t loading it’s not giving them to me so I can redeem them to the mythic mercy skin.
Blizz is aware of the issue.
