Game Disconnects Once a Day & Immediately reconnects

Every night I start playing competitive and get through numerous games. Then, at random times, I get the red flashing symbol on the left and disconnect after about 3 blinks of it. I don’t have to touch my computer or anything. After a few seconds, it logs me all the way out to dark blue screen and says ‘connection lost to server’ and then ‘reconnecting’ and I am able to rejoin the game. Total time is maybe 2 minutes. I don’t lose internet anywhere else.

Is there something going on with the OW servers? It did it again just now but it was as the game started and because it was too early the game cancelled, I got suspended time, and lost SR.

Why is this happening? My network equipment hasn’t changed. I have fiber 1 gig internet, so this doesn’t make sense.

I’ve been having the exact same issue for almost a month now, internet is perfectly fine but the red icon shows up and I disconnect but then immediately log back in. Nothing else lags.

No one can answer this without some test data. A WinMTR can be used to demonstrate where the disconnecting is happening. If you add that, someone may be able to help. However, if you want staff assistance, you’d want to use the ticket system.
