It could be any of the programs I have highlighted for you: voicemod, Razer Game Scanner module, a corrupted Windows update (the desktop manager is crashing), or even just the Razer Chroma software. It’s hard to say specifically because this report isn’t showing any Overwatch crashes. But if you investigate those apps, you’ll probably find the culprit.
