Just downloaded the latest patch and upon clicking play the game goes to a black screen then immediately crashes. I have already tried repairing the game files, still crashes, I have already uninstalled and reinstalled, still crashes. Any help would be appreciated.

In this case, this sounds like the known issue with Razer software. I would ask you try the steps there. If they do not help, please post back with a DxDiag. This will help us see what may be causing it. 
DxDiag instructions (click to expand)
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and then press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file something you can remember and click Save.

- Highlight all of the text and click </> on the post editor.
