So, during gameplay there are stutters and lags.
Not only me, other players also complained about the issue.
More: my computer dead-freezed during the game, twice already, so I had to reboot it.
No issues with my PC, never happened before too.

Having the same problems on PS4, every 5-20 seconds the game will just lock for about half a second, never happened until summer games patch
