It just closes when I hit play, other games like COD or Hearthstone work perfectly
A common cause for crashing on startup is an issue with Razer Synapse, described in the pinned threads:

- Press Windows Key + R, then type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.
