On entering a competitive game from a practise deathwatch, it instantly crashed. When i rejoined i was in but couldnt move, and the main menu with rejoin match and collection etc was shown on the left whilst also in game instapicked as winston. cant move in game, cant change hero, cant click rejoin match so i restart the game. now im sitting with a 10 minute suspension and rating penalty. pls help me fix.
Did you have any changes to your system? Like driver updates, windows updates and what not. If yes, rollback might just fix your issue.
How many times did it happen anyway?
