Game Constantly Crashes in QP, Arcade, Training room, etc

My game has crashed over 5 times in the last 4 hours. I’m frustrated. I’ve lost an endorsement rank and am threatened with penalties for leaving matches early.

I updated my drivers and repaired my game TWICE.

Did you check the stickies? Are you using a Razer Chroma?

No, I use an MSI gaming laptop steel series. I should note, I have not had this issue before. It happened right after season 12 launched.

Okay, so other than updating your GPU drivers (did you remove the previous versions with a utility like DDU?), and repairing the game, what else have you tried? Can you provide more information about your system with a dxdiag? (paste in a reply, highlight, and click the </> icon on post editor.)
