every time i try opening the game, a black empty screen shows up and nothing happens. even if i leave it for a few minutes there no sign of it loading. i tried scan and repair and also reinstalling it entirely and it still doesn’t work.

I do not use any razer devices. I dont think these 2 issues are related
Edit: i tried reopening overwatch again and it did open but it took about 10 min to load onto the main menu. Clicking on to any other menu also takes a long time. Havent tried any games yet but will update.
Edit 2: tried playing some custom games (so i dont get accused of throwing) and the character models + sound took a long time to load in. the esc menu and leaving games also took a long time. everything is just slow
