Game black screen on launch

Basically title, i looked at the fix in other thread but none worked so far: i already
-ran as admin
-disabled full screen optimisation
-reseted the in game option trought battlenet launcher
-reinstalled the game
-checked the files
-i even deleted razer synapse as it apeared to be a software that cause issue for some people

but the result is always the same, sometime the game doesn’t launch, sometime i just get a black screen, all sound cut, then the app close automatically.

i am on windows 10, on pc

well, it worked, im quite surprised as i did entierly delete all razer file on my computer beforhand.
