Game always crashes within 5 minutes of opening

The game opens for a bit and then crashes and I get a message saying rendering device lost. I’ve tried all the suggested advice on the Blizzard page for rendering device lost but nothing has helped. This has only started today.

Would you be able to provide a DxDiag so we can take a closer look?

  1. Press Windows Key + R.
  2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
  3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
  5. Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “preformatted text” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.

This and problem with video drive, a GT710 has this problem and if you use an old drive this error never happens again, not even the support knew why this error happens, and even sad it

Try to give up the drive of your GPU and let windows put an old drive, it can be a solution and if you do this you can not write by OBS or stream more and a solution : /
