Can’t unlock galactic weapons, not even an option to purchase

Because you dont have enough ranked points. No legacy points do not count
You got 3000 comp points already?
I just got 3000 competitive points and it will not let me purchase either

did this bug ever get patched? I just started comp again and wanted to get it but its still not showing any comp point cost for me

Same!!! I got to 3k competitive points and it’s still locked for me too 
I equipped the Galaxy weapon skin in the hero customization menu, and it shows up correctly in the hero gallery. However, when I enter a match, the first-person view still shows the default (non-Galaxy) weapon model.
• Platform: PS4
• Hero: Lucio
• Issue: Galaxy weapon equipped but not reflected in first-person view
• Other views: Teammates can see the correct Galaxy weapon skin
• Tried: Re-equipping the weapon skin, restarting the game — still no fix
