I can’t tell if my teammates (and the enemies) are trolling and banning sombra just for the sake of it OR they are doing it because they actually dislike playing against her.

No, we are totally banning her for serious. Definitely not a joke at all. We definitely actually dislike playing against her and it has nothing to do with an inside joke.
