To me it’s the brainfart callouts where you get the first letter right at best but wrong character. Moira no wall.

funniest callouts to me are when a friend negates a call out

“reaper behind with ult”
desperately: “no he’s not no he’s not it’s all good everything’s fine”
reaper kills 4

or

me, seeing the enemy looking for a friend on a flank: “they know you’re there”
him: “no they don’t no they don’t”
friend shows up on the wrong end of the killfeed

I was not sober, and I had a Genji jumping on me as Ana so I said “HELP GENJI IS TOUCHING MEEEE” and it got people to turn around and kill him lmao

Whenever I’m playing with friends and I see an enemy Widowmaker use grapple as Wrecking Ball, I just shout “A Widowmaker with no cooldowns? AWOOGA AWOOOOOGA!” before slamming onto her with six tons of hamster metal.

I’ll often call out “killing X hero any% speedrun” to my teammates to inform them that I’m about to fully commit to killing one person. Gives us all a good chuckle!

Other than that, a buddy of mine always calls Wrecking Ball “Hamtaro”

I have a friend I play with, but a long time ago we where playing comp and I heard my friend shout “He’s the worst player in the game, but he’s also my best friend” In Team chat, He didn’t even know the person that sucked. I just wheeze at that when I think of it
