Carpe’s Tracer wasn’t as elite as his Cass, Ashe, Widow.
he was forced onto Tracer cause she’s completely broken. You needed a Tracer player 100% of the time before Brig.
Because Tracer is harder. She’s not a hero one can just rely on good aim.
Sure, but being broken does not mean being easy to play. Tracer broken or not, is arguably the hero with most skill expression. No one says that about ANY hitscan because 80% of the skill expression is all on aim.
A ton of the best Tracer players were mid at any precision hitscan. Profit being the biggest one, and SBB. SBB had to lower his sens to be more flexible and he became instantly washed at Tracer, never was the same
You didn’t really get to see Tracer players flex off Tracer cause she was completely broken, then you got cringe no skill meta’s GOATS, double shield which killed all the skill in the game.
Everyone falls off a bit when not playing their best hero. Doesn’t change the fact that hitscan’s skill expression is mostly on aim while tracer is much more than that, which makes her the harder hero to play.
She definitely isn’t, carried by broken mobility, a hitscan players skill ceiling is insane with levels of aim
There are some Tracers with amazing tracking, and they reach rank 1 easily cause the hero is broken.
You could say Tracers skill ceiling is the highest, but that goes back to her having insanely broken amounts of mobility and the aim aspect. In no way is she the hardest though, the easiest dps hero to climb to top 500 with
What makes you say he’s hardstuck? His profile is private and judging by the threads I’ve seen of him lately I’d say he’s at least in masters based on his insight
Again the broken mobility cannot be abused unless one is very skilled at it. Just like one shot is broken but still can’t be abused unless one is very good at aiming.
What hero is harder?
If you judge a hero’s difficulty by how “hard” they are to to climb to top 500 then there are gonna be some funny answers.

if skill is having the best mobility in the game by a long shot and the tiniest hitbox. The hero is a literal rat playstyle.
