Every single time that I launch, my game works just fine. Good FPS, etc. I have gone through six support tickets and I have no idea why this is happening. Posting here in hopes of help. I literally cannot play comp without the fear of losing a game
Windows Event Viewer > System logs. Look for critical errors. Report back.

If the game is freezing, there needs to be some sort of error appearing in the log. What exactly is happening when it occurs?
