I think it would be great if we got a free OWL skin to kick off the OWL just like last year. It would be really cool as some one who regularly watches the games.
That and a heads up about the All-Star skins if we get any this year

There is no free 100 tokens this year. I do however strongly believe (but have no confirmation) that you will be able to watch Overwatch League matches to earn tokens from. Details here:

Yeah, I think they just meant that the countdown wouldn’t have drops.
If you buy the command center, you get credits for 2 OWL skins right off the bat.
As the green post said: No free tokens this year.
Just toss OWL on in a tablet or something, ignore it, and let it give you tokens for free.
i got a 100 token drop along with the normal drops…so maybe you do get a free one still
