My framerate is capped at 75, it doesn’t look like it’s dropping but I get stutters every 10 or so seconds, just like you.
When the game first launched it was fine, but today I started to get these stutters along with strange rubber banding and lag issues. The lag might be caused by the overloaded servers but I wonder if the stutters are connected to lag as well. Since I don’t see any frame drops in my fps counter.
