I am now having the same frame rate problem. I checked my drivers and they are all up to date. I did not have this issue until the new patch for the anniversary event and now my frame rate is so bad I can’t even play the game. I’m hoping to see more solutions to this problem as it’s not listed in the latest report of known bugs.
