When I start the game, Everything is normal, I get 60 fps as I’ve locked it to that.
But when the main menu shows, and the characters load, My fps literally lowers to 10-15 without no reason, Also I’ve realized that loading screens are normal fps as well. I’ve tried troubleshooting, resetting settings, basically most of the things that could help, as far as I know at least. I haven’t played overwatch in a while so I don’t know what caused it/when this has happened, I just experienced it today when trying to play the winter wonderland update. Any help/tips will be appreciated.

Same problem here. Game starts at normal fps and then will drop down to 10-15 fps.
If you have an Nvidia card and you have the Gameready driver 417.22 than that might be the cause of the massive FPS drop (i had it too from 120 FPS to 15/20) uninstalled the driver and downloaded the version before 417.22;
