I’ve tried doing daily defragmentations, disk cleanups, I’ve updated my sound and video drivers, I’ve reinstalled the game multiple times, repaired the games, reset my PC, and still no results. Any idea why?

As Nicole mentioned, based on the description of the issue, this is likely going to be related to the Razer issue that was linked. The steps essentially involve making sure the Chroma profile for Overwatch is enabled. If there’s still issues we’ll want to remove the software altogether.
Fixed, Razer Synapse was causing the issue.
